Photographers' Business Liability Insurance Plan

Photographers' Business Liability Insurance Plan

OVERVIEW

Why Do I Need Liability Coverage?

Many facilities now require photographers to provide their own liability insurance when working on site. This may leave you doing research to find an insurance company that offers “special events coverage” which may also cost more. The Business Liability Insurance Program offers you an economical and convenient solution.

How Much Coverage Does the Plan Provide?

This policy provides up to $1,000,000 for each occurrence and up to $2,000,000 of aggregate coverage for lawsuits resulting from bodily injury and property damage for which you might be responsible. This includes coverage for claims of bodily injury, personal injury, property damage . . . even if the charges are false or fraudulent!

In addition to the limits above, this policy also pays all court and legal defense costs for a covered claim.

Never Pay a Deductible!

The Photographers' Business Liability Insurance Plan does not require a deductible before it starts to pay. If you've ever compared the cost of similar coverage you can purchase individually, you might have had to decide on a large deductible to keep the cost down. All claims will be defended on a first-dollar basis - you don't have to pay a cent more than your annual premium!

Priced for You

Since no two Photographers are alike, this Plan has been designed so that each application is separately reviewed for a premium quotation. The cost of this coverage varies by the state in which you reside.
